Be creative Dave. What they can't see they can't flag.
So are you framing your own house then?

My lot was a hole in between the two next to me. I was down almost twenty inches before I dug the hole. So in order to not catch everyone else’s water run off we are going to build up about five to ten inches above the other two. The left/east side of the house will probably get a garden area so I am going to leave it a little lower in hopes water helps my garden. But not a whole bunch lower. Yeah current price I should be paying is about$200 a load, I don’t remember to tonage. But 20 comes to mind. I am only paying about $40 a load Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Not even Russians?
Are there plans to this or are they winging it like me?Wouldn't a little water/bleach fix that if its just on the surface and easy to get to? Mold is nasty stuff!
