I might just stand back and watch.  It would be king of interesting to see what might happen.  Is there enough suspension compression left in the atv, stretch in the strap and flex in the bed to allow the wheel to rotate or does the strap snap?

Well, considering the obvious lack of any cognitive activity, I'd confirm my suspicions with a quick bumper check. Finding the "O" of the "H" thing there next to  the "save the whales" and "Coexist" decals, I'd get a tall coffee and wait it out to enjoy the show.
