Nice work there Ken and good idea. Dave, I think he just milled the holes, but even at 2+ft a full size mill should have a 30 in travel.

I have been watching this also, we will see if the treaty holds.
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.
That was a steel Shawn. Looks like ones a dually also. I still keep looking for another KP, but they think they have gold out here. I may have to bring one home with me, for a fair price of course!
Thats what I paid for mine out here, they are higher now. But looking ahead I may want a SRW to play with. Most I see now are late models with 8x170/80 non kingpin.
Arn't they tuff to do high steer on? Plus the lug pattern?
Drove to Kansas today, confirmed there is nothing there but cattle and a few scattered oil wells. Picked up 3 kingpin axles, 1 - 14 disc brake rear, 1 th400/205 setup and two other np205’sWorth noting, while there I filled up truck gas tank & paid with cash ($100 bill) and no one told me it was too large of a denomination, nor freaked when I handed it to them. The gal at the register even counted the money back to me, amazing. No one wore a mask or even glanced when I wasn’t wearing one. Completely enjoyable Normal experience this Kansas! First day back in the gym since the pandemic (13 months). It’s tough starting over at my age. It felt good to be back in the routine(if you can call one day a routine) I took it easy but will still probably pay for it tomorrow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
