Scary thing will be if it's over powered compared to braking capacity- TOO many people pull too much trailer with too small of a vehicle which are severely under equipped when it comes to braking systems! Look at poor Ken with a Duramax hooked-up to a semi-trailer going down grade........ohhh, too soon? Naw! ;) ;)
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.
Watching with great interest. What do you expect advertised towing numbers to be 6500? I see it has the turbo brake
*update*The truck finally arrived at the rail yard in MA. i should hopefully take possession next week. This Friday will make 5 months I've been waiting for it.
So, Bobby...being the calculating trained warrior NCO that you are. Take the appropriate action, Execute!
your standard grunt level CQB is just putting rounds and rounds on scary stuff till it stops scaring you!
HHO ?Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Be very careful in adjusting the fuels in your common rail engine. Phieso-electric injectors work on specific pressures. Different materials have different degrees of compressibility. So if the injectors think they are squeezing diesel fuel, but are actually squeezing HHO, which is slightly different, there will be an effect.

This heating oil thang is all greek to me, but i will tell ya, nothing but pump fuel goes in my modern truck. period. ......and even then it's a gamble.
Off road and ULSD are the same except for the die.
My old corp yard got nailed for a $50K fine when they topped off a skid with non dyed fuel. Even though they pay the tax separate the feds said no.I run a 5gal jug of Soy oil through my Max all time. That and 40+ ULSD gives me a 15% bio mix.
speaking about MPG. the wife drove to WA last week and she averaged darn near 50 MPG @ 80mph in her jetta TDI

Soy is the single best lubricant for the highly stressed pumps in these common rail motors
DDS: Time for a long term ownership review?I for one would like to know about this mini D-Max engine, and especially after it has seen some miles/Time...
