I have heard from a series of people to stay out of/off of the subways this week. I heard this before the ISIS video that was just released and I am now wondering if a) the Times Square footage was a decoy and b)whether the release of the video was a signal of sorts. Anyway....if you have friends in the city it make sense to cab it, take Uber etc.
I hope the folks who have said what they have are wrong but it came from 3 different sources in 2 different law enforcement agencies. That's too much for me to ignore.
