Can't you do it online? Vonapp or something? I know that's where I did mine, I don't remember if I had to turn paperwork in or if I did all online, but may be worth a look so you don't have sit there all day.

mike, I don't understand what you are asking?

WYORUNNER, this was my initial turn in of all documents, to include all 1000+ pages of my medical records. we also have the big VA center right here on post, so everything gets handled in person.

Post by: cudakidd53 on January 26, 2016, 03:12:24 PM: It was a sideways comment about the historically poor manner the VA services Veterans......as in turning down your retirement after making you stand in line etc. I certainly hope that everything goes smoothly for you and you're in for a lengthy period of living the good life after protecting our Nation- you deserve it! ;)

jr, for us the VA handles disability and our "retirement" comes from another place.
