Couldn't agree more. Every word.

My daddy taught me to not ever let the lights go out on the flagpole, and never let the flag touch the ground... seeing people stomping on it makes my blood boil. And that's coming from a guy who hasn't served. Can't imagine how you guys feel, having been shot at in its defense.

I just spent an hour reading most of the comments on that video. Our great country is truly divided......or just full of 15 year olds without a clue.

Ya know Ken, they don't matter. I am going to care less and less for those kind of people and concentrate on good folks who have sense. You can't get the stupid out of a people so conditioned.

Ken & Don-

I agree with you both: had a girl in class, who wants to become a boy (WTH) and proceeded to get cranked about being a vegetarian and meat is murder (tasty, tasty murder) and how can you be so cruel to animals, how horrible pigs lives are.......told her (yeah she gets cranky when I say "ladies") that hogs will eat you alive if they get the chance.

They run on emotion; little grasp of logic or cause and effect relationships.  Growing sense of entitlement and little sense of self restraint or personal responsibility.

Because of their "age" I remind myself that they're not in possession of fully functional brains.............so I usually ignore them right after I challenge their "feelings" by questioning their logic........messes up their world for quite awhile, but the ones worth your breath, actually learn from it......a few years down the road.

I'm with both of you, ignore and cringe at the same time!

Just ordered mine for the NEA Convention, along with a sweet NRA t-shirt sporting an American Eagle in Red, White & Blue and made up of different firearms- guns that is.   Liberals will be seething seeing me wearing such finery in their presence, especially my favorite Left & Right Coast loons!  ;D

We can make a difference.  Simple acts, like wearing a Tshirt. cam force the conversation.  We should all make a commitment to display the norm and challenge the lib-tards.

Some of my favorite discussion starters"

Noveske Tshirt with a pic of an M4  "stops Jihad on contact"
Arabic t Shirt "infidel"
US Border Patrol shirt
Breathe Easy - Obey the Law

I love it when i'm out and about and i run into a guy with a Noveske logo t-shirt on. Libs have no clue what the logo is, prob think he got it at Nordstrom.

With the gun play around there now, hope you were not unarmed.

My wife doesn't get it;

"I would rather have it and not need it than to need it and not have it"

" I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6"

True,  try wearing the US Border Patrol shirt in OD green to a mexican food restaurant, though.  That got some looks.  I still ate the food they served.

Funny thing: they had our orders backwards and the guy I was with got sick as a dog and he swore they messed with his food because of my shirt.  Turns out his whole family was sick from a picnic earlier, but still it was priceless.

I guess I'll have to buy the confederate flag shirt now....
