Mine seems to lug at that rpm. High EGTs and load. Same tire size.
I need to call them for some new tunes. I have a new turbo wheel to install, plus the lift and my DSP tunes seem to get lousy mileage, much happier with a edge 100/200 tune I tweek for tank size and tire size.

Prayers for you JR and Shawn.
JR remember that our own selfishness creeps in during end of life decisions. Its helpful to understand her wishes and seek to carry them out even if they conflict with other family member's desires.
I understand that and have even been that person in this situation. Reality has been working on me more and more, plus her wishes to live, not just be alive. Then she fools me and looks like a new woman this afternoon. Still not running laps but a complete change. Rehab is the next step now.

I guess I dont understand. I cruise my truck about 75 80 and it sits right down on the bottom of sixth like a fat girl in a bean bag. Low Rpm and gets great mpg.

What size tires? Fat girl in a bean bag, that just ruined my night.

Well guys, not sure where I'm going with mom right now. She is still in the hospital waiting for a bed at a rehab.
She is very week and has little clue to what is going on at all. She has told me a couple times it is time to go and I feel the only thing keeping her going is a pacemaker she got when all this started.
1st month is paid at the care home, but not sure if she will return now at all.
I am going to talk to her Dr's about the whole issue, hopefully I will make the right choice for her and us.

Sean, do you have a shackle flip at GLO?

« on: September 05, 2018, 04:46:21 PM »
I cruise over 70 in 5th just under 2k rpm. The motor feels real good there.

Yep, 4.3 would be perfect but not made. I don't even use 6th right now, so the 4.56 will rev faster also and probably keep my same cruise RPM.

Yes and yes Ken. It has been a long few days.
Went to her new room today and they dried it, but I don't think they cleaned it, yuk.

Well where is the photos?
What lift do you have to put on that truck?
Why are you going taller? You know that makes it hard to get in right?

Dang Dave, want, want, want!!!!!!!!! Lifted 3 now, putting on a 4/6 NTD which I have now and power steps. Shackle flip the rear.

Another reason why I pulled the lever now. Got 15% and may get another $50. Plus the rear tires are under 1/8th, one front has a 1/4.

most of mine will be highway, but I do some towing. Have the boat now and see snow often enough to think about it. Plus I like the slightly more aggressive look, noise aside.
I have had Toyo's and Nittos but unless new they just don't have the grip I like and the nittos wore fast! I am not an aggressive driver at all which plays into wear.

Dropped a grand on a set of Cooper Discoverer MTPs 37/12.50-17 today. Will be that much after rebates and 9 months same as cash helps.
Won't go on right away, still have some tread left and the lift still has to go on. Hopefully this will push me to get it going as it needs a regear the same time (3:73 to 4:56).
So for I like the coopers and reviews are good on this as well. Better hwy use without loosing off road grip.

Yep, we had DE in school still. Gave me my CDL in no time and passed the first.
Well, mom is back in the hospital for a day or 2. Got into the seniorhome OK, but the toilet flooded (unknown cause, but not the first there). She tried to clean it up and fell without her walker (Again!) and laid there for a couple hours in the muck until rooms flooded around her. 2 others are out of their rooms too because of this.
Starting clean her home out now, what a mess!

Did get mom moved today, but it was a long day for sure. Still more to do and move, but the worry is gone now (plus her alarm went off at 0700 again)
Plus I watched my daughter drive and dad is going to need to step in fast. Mom has taught her to drive straight is about it. Seeing a U turn and 3 point scared the crud out of me.
Good thing you weren't there, they might be looking for a body.

Hate when I miss a good thread. I got a Savage (22lr) and a Ruger (300aac) the same time last year. They are both great rifles but I really like the accutriger on the savage. Only dislike on the ruger is NOW it will take a regular AR magazine and mine takes the rotary.
I would love to suppress both, but not going to happen in this state for sure.
Yep, 22ammo is dirty (powder) but I always get coated bullets. I think that helps overall with the barrels too.

Happy Birthday Sean, wish I was around that age. I am up with Don.
Just retuned the LBZ with my old DSP5 tune after running the stock to smog it. (ran like a dog, bad mileage)
Actually moving mom today, her alarm went off again this AM (false and the neighbors got there first). Got her a new TV with wifi, 50 inch for $300.
70, better than I,,,,,,,,,,,,,

This morning I started the dually to move it and the marker lights on the right side werent working. That drives me crazy because thats how I can tell if its running after remote starting from the house.
Then remembered that I had Superbright LED markers that I never installed.
Fixed that lickety split

Looks nice. Threaded adapters can be a bare to use on larger machines. I think you can get a Bison for a reasonable price.

Moving mom into her new home today. Got the bed yesterday and found a lift chair at the local 2nd hand store in nice shape.
Once she has a TV and few personal things the rest will follow quick.

Signing paperwork for mom today, move her in this weekend.
Darn crabcakes sound good!!!
Yep, you could loose a scout on that ship. Lots of space stuff to since it recovered the first appolo flights. They also RR planes in there too. I always wonder why there is an escalator though from the briefing room to flight deck?
So whats up on the house Dave?
