Traded the truck for a Malibu?? Whats wrong with you man!?
Put a new seat in the excavator except they forgot to send the mounting brackets. Changed oil and filters. Changed all the filters and oil in the dozer. That was a challenge. Not familiar with that equipment but got it done. That excavator is a large piece of equipment but when you get it in the shop it just looks massave. Did a test burn on the cooker. It failed. I do need a heat deflector. I figured I would but didn't do it. I need a damper too. The beer can did help. This was a gas water heater so where the can is was the chimney. My biggest screw up was using diesel to burn it out. I wanted to get it real hot to burn the oil off. Should have used gas like I usually do. Diesel left black soot. Now I have to power wash it out. I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

Yeah it was a tough call. 275k LB7 w/ injectors starting to go, t case smoked, REALLY bad chassis rust w/ rotted rockers, and a new higher mortgage. After the trailer is sold we will have no real need for a diesel truck, and I'm commuting 78 miles a day. 38 mpg and a solid warranty on a basically new car without the depreciation and cost to fix the truck sounded pretty convincing
Just what you're looking for I think hey Don?

I work from home, so it sees maybe 30 miles a week? Do I need it? Probably not, but nice to have it when I do.

Just never heard of them going bad before but sure it happens (knock on wood)They from a rust area?
Thought this was a little crazy. We got 2 chebby , white, LBZs in on the same day, 2 different customers, both needed water pumps and oil coolers. (I've never even seen a dmax oil cooler go bad, just read about it)Sent from a spaceship
