I commend all of you who can sit through classes and learn stuff then be tested on it & never have to use it again ( which my experience was 90% of college before I left ). Hats off to you Dave for pushing onward!

Spent all last night with mom at the ER. Was crazy busy, finally got in bed at 0400 and slept until 10. Was nothing to worry about but now everything seems like an issue.

Heading out now to pass out cards and get a script for here. BBQ for mom tonight and now she doesn't eat red meat I am told???????? Guess I'll leave her in Ca when find a nice place.

Put shelves up in the daughters new room and listened to everyone argue about moving stuff. The Seagrams will get a dent tonight!

Not only was i running the smoker for dinner, i also finished the edging for the front of the house. Basically i just finished what somebody had started, screwed up and didnt finish.

Apparently there’s a shortage of undocumented workers...down here no one rents a piece of equipment for a job that small. Just throw bodies and shovels at it. Much cheaper

That young man is trying to unfark his life from previous REALLY REALLY bad choices. He actually out worked the rest of them.

They could have rented 100 of those machines and/or 100 high or low paid workers to actually dig that 12'×40' hole......which was supposed to have been dug/framed/poured/finished last friday! Heads will roll if my quote that i gave my landlord gets raised with garbage charges!

I got my finger in a skill saw today, Chalk it up to gloves and me being irresponsible, I moved the guard with my left hand to shave a edge. Well gloves finger was not on the rest like I assumed it should be. But on the blade as I pulled the go button

just pull the guard off and you can solve that problem. Just remember to lay it upside down when you stop cutting lest it take off across the job site.

I got banned from power tools for the afternoon. Boss figured since I couldn’t handle basics today the only tool I could use was a level and my hammer, speaking of which I’ll post a photo of. Jared will appreciate it

well patio is finally poured, and the forms should come off tomorrow and I should be good to go with walking on it by Thursday.
